PROMOTIONS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotions are valid only for the dates stated on the claim form. Any claims, deposits or play made outside these dates will not be processed.
2. The maximum bonus is limited to the maximum stated on the claim form. Where the maximum bonus is dependent on your loyalty tier, the maximum bonus will be determined by your loyalty tier at the time of making a deposit during the promotional period. The minimum deposit for a player to qualify for promotions requiring them to 'Opt In' is £20 or $20 or €20.
3. The promotion is exclusive to specially selected players and is by invitation only.
4. Deposit Match Bonuses
a) To qualify for a deposit match bonus, players need to opt in to the promotion first using the claim form. Any purchases made during the promotional period but prior to opting in will not be eligible for a bonus. Exempt from this are Birthday Bonuses, which do not require players to opt-in.
b) After opting in, purchases need to be a minimum of the minimum deposit amount stipulated on the promotion. Any purchases made below the minimum amount will not be eligible for a bonus.
c) The reversal of a withdrawal is not considered a deposit for the purpose of promotional offers.
5. Cashback Bonuses
a) Cashback bonuses will only be awarded if players opt in during the promotional period. Any players not opting in will not receive the bonus.
b) Cashback bonuses will be awarded within 6 hours after the end of the promotional period.
c) Cashback bonuses will be calculated only on losses incurred on games stipulated on the claim form.
d) Cashback bonus is calculated as a percentage (stipulated on the claim form) of losses incurred on eligible games in c. above. These losses are further limited to a maximum of the deposits made during the promotional period.
e) Cashback bonus is limited to a maximum of the maximum stated on the claim form.
6. Players who submit a withdrawal during the promotional period of a deposit match bonus will forfeit any further entitlement to the promotion.
7. Players who submit a withdrawal during the promotional period of a cashback promotion will forfeit their entitlement to any bonus on that promotion.
8. Upon qualification, the Bonus will be credited to the Bonus Account and is subject to thirty (30) times playthrough (wagering) before it may be withdrawn.
9. Unless stated otherwise on terms specific to a promotion, play at certain games will contribute a different percentage of the playthrough requirement:
100% - all Slots, American Roulette and all Parlor Games
50% - all Table Pokers (except Texas Hold’em), Red Dog, all Roulettes (except American Roulette), Casino War and Sic Bo
10% - all Video/Power Pokers (except All Aces Video/Power Pokers), all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack), all Craps, all Baccarats and all Texas Hold’em Poker Games
2% - Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video/Power Pokers
NOTE: playthrough (wagering) made using the Gamble Feature on Slots or the Double Feature on Video/Power Pokers will not count towards playthrough requirements.
10. Unless otherwise stated, as the required playthrough requirements are met, funds will automatically be transferred from the Bonus Account to the Cash Account - in increments of £10 or $10 or 10€ or 10 credits of any other player currency. Playthrough requirements are achieved when any real money wager is made.
11. Real money wagers are deducted from the Cash Account. If there is no cash available, the wager is deducted from the Bonus Account. Funds in the Bonus Account are only played if there are insufficient credits in the cash balance.
a) Winnings on wagers made from the Cash Account are credited directly to the Cash Account. Winnings on wagers made from the Bonus Account are credited to the Bonus Account.
b) If crediting a Player's Bonus Account with winnings results in the Bonus Account balance exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's Cash Account. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from the Bonus Account to the Cash Account that had occurred.
12. For promotions subject to the Bonus Tracking method, funds will be automatically transferred from the Bonus Account to the Cash Account after all playthrough requirements have been met. Until such a time all winnings will be split between the Bonus Account and Cash Account in the same ratio that was held between the accounts’ balances at time the promotion was credited.
13. Unless stated otherwise all promotions are subject to the Quarantine Rule. The Quarantine Rule states that players are unable to withdraw any amount from their account until they have either met the wagering requirements or played through all funds in the Bonus Account.
14. If a promotion is not subject to the quarantine rule, players may withdraw their funds at any stage. However, any bonus balance remaining in their account will be forfeited and removed from the bonus account.
15. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
16. The reversal of a withdrawal is not considered a deposit for the purposes of either deposit match bonuses or cashback bonuses.
17. The Casino reserves the right to limit cashins/withdrawals from any free chip/bonus/free games/free spins added to a players account to $/€/£100 or, in the case of other currencies, the equivalent of $100. This limit will apply should a bonus be granted with no deposit being made unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional offer.
18. By submitting a Claim Form you agree to the above Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the Casino Manager's decision is final in the event of a dispute.
